IBE Social Deployment Location: Guatemala, Guatemala Role Summary Join our Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team as the IBE Social Deployment . In this exciting role, you will be the strategic architect behind our social media, content, and influencer strategy for the CAM Region, ensuring our brands connect in a meaningful way with audiences, especially Gen Z. Your primary mission is to maximize brand equity and business growth by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for Content, Social Media, and Influencers, while leading the discovery and implementation of new and emerging social platforms. Responsibilities: Lead Holistic Social Strategy: collaborate with the brand team to lead organic, paid, and earned social initiatives at scale, guaranteeing core KPIs such as Reach, Engagement Rate, and positive Sentiment. Drive Content Operations: Manage the creation and deployment of content across owned websites, PDPs and CRM to ensure a consistent brand voice, ensuring SEO and GEO readiness Manage Data and Measurement: monitor and analyze data to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization Stakeholder & Agency Management : advance the social and influencers strategy for the region, managing and fostering strong relationships with partner agencies Future Proof the organization : Lead the discovery and implementation of new and emerging social platforms and formats relevant for the audience including social search. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and/or digital content marketing. Experience with social tools for listening, influencer vetting, and community management. Technical knowledge of SEO, GEO, and search tools such as Lumar, Similarweb, or Profound. Experience managing digital shelf content and e-commerce conversion tactics. Full professional proficiency (100%) in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with in-house content tools like Stibo, Bynder, or GCSC systems. Strong understanding of Creative Analytics and Creative Taxonomy.
