Join our award-winning home performance company as an Energy Auditor, where you will deliver no-cost home energy assessments to New Jersey residents through a popular utility-sponsored program. We’re looking for friendly, motivated professionals who enjoy face-to-face interactions and want to build a fulfilling career in a growing energy field. BPI certification is preferred. If not, we’ll train you to become BPI certified. What You’ll Do: ● Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach in neighborhoods. ● Perform visual energy assessments of residential properties. ● Inspect HVAC systems, windows, doors, insulation, and more to identify efficiency opportunities. ● Educate residents on how their home uses energy and how to save. ● Provide an energy report with personalized recommendations. ● Install energy-saving devices at no-cost, where eligible. ● Introduce residents to other utility-sponsored programs. Energy-Saving Products You May Install: ● ENERGY STAR® LED light bulbs ● Water heater pipe wraps ● Efficient-flow showerheads and faucet aerators ● ShowerStart™ adapters ● Smart power strips ● Smart thermostats, based on eligibility Why You’ll Love This Role: ● High earning potential with commission on each completed service ● Weekly pay ● A meaningful job helping residents save money and reduce their carbon footprint ● Comprehensive BPI training and certification ● Join a certified and approved provider in a growing clean energy program ● Full support from a professional, mission-driven team What We’re Looking For: ● Experience in door-to-door sales and lead generation ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● A valid driver's license and reliable transportation ● Self-starter with strong time-management skills Performance Expectations: ● Complete 20–30 lead-generated assessments per week ● Earn commission for each completed lead and service ● Opportunity to sign-up residents for additional services Pay: $52,000–$130,000 per year.
