About The Role
Name of the Project: Human Resources Intern Vice Presidency: Digital & Organization Development Region: Central Intern’s Location (Office): Margain Offices Eligible Semester(s): 5th - 7th semester Careers of Interest: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal Tentative Start Date: August 2026 _________________________________________________________________________________________ Project Objective The Human Resources Intern will support the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs across Cemex Central. The intern will collaborate with HR teams, leaders, mentors, and interns to ensure a seamless experience throughout the internship lifecycle, from onboarding to program closure. This role will contribute to the planning and execution of development events, networking sessions, and employee experience activities, while also supporting communications, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Challenges for the Students Take ownership of key activities within the Internship Program, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for interns throughout their journey. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing internship processes and program activities. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of service. Develop strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out Assist in the planning and delivery of onboarding activities, development events and networking sessions. Create and manage communications, presentations, guides, and program materials for participants and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and propose innovative ideas to continuously improve the internship experience. Support employee experience and engagement initiatives that contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining future talent. Maintain program documentation, trackers, and resources to ensure accurate and organized information management.
