Name of the Project: Support with different activities from the Global H&S area Vice Presidency: Digital & Organization Development Region: Central Intern’s Location (Office): Constitution Offices Eligible Semester(s): 5th - 7th semester Careers of Interest: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or any Data Science related Engineer Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal Tentative Start Date: August 2026 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Detailed Description of the Project Project Objective Support with various activities within the Global H&S area. Challenges for the Students Develop skills in administrative management, creativity applied to presentations, reports, websites, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out Prepare the team’s weekly activity report. Prepare the monthly global H&S indicators report. Create two monthly H&S messages for OGV. Address regional requests regarding the global dashboard and Intelex. Prepare various presentations for the area. Support information requests from corporate and regional areas. Contribute to activities related to the Global H&S Awards. Update area materials in line with Cemex’s new branding and identity. Prepare global safety alerts. Update the list with the status of F2 reports. Specific Requirements / Qualifications Advanced proficiency in English. Analytical skills. Teamwork. Problem-solving. Self-motivation for learning. Attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams). A plus would be experience with Power BI and data science.
