As Supervisor Plus, you'll be the go-to person for your team, the driving force behind great standards, and the difference between a good guest day and an unforgettable <one.You>'ll be hands-on, visible, and trusted to make things happen — coaching your team in the moment, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every guest gets the Butlin's experience they came for.Reporting to: Manager Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days) Plus: Flexible time across departments the rest of the week, wherever the action needs you most
