Your role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the warehouse—ensuring workflows are efficient, teams are engaged, and customer commitments are met. You’ll partner closely with inside sales, drivers, and warehouse staff to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.
Your responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring a productive, motivated team
Plan and manage workflow across picking, packing, shipping, and delivery to meet customer timelines
Route and dispatch drivers to meet delivery and vendor dock appointments, adjusting plans as needed in real time
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any risks, delays, or issues to internal teams
Use warehouse systems (WMS, scanning tools) to track inventory, complete orders, and maintain documentation
Control outbound shipping costs while maintaining service quality
Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure tools are operational and safe
Support customers and carriers with pickup coordination and issue resolution
What you bring
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of warehouse experience
Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks at once
Experience with routing, scheduling, or logistics coordination is a plus
Forklift/reach truck experience preferred (certification a plus)
Comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
