Sr Software Analyst - Sales and Distribution

Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring optimal system design, configuration, testing, and performance. Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP SD and related non-SAP solutions to support manufacturing and sales operations. Conduct complex unit and integration testing across functional areas, from development to production. Troubleshoot, upgrade, and implement functional changes to maximize system performance. Propose and develop new software concepts aligned with corporate goals. Evaluate, analyze, and recommend in-house and third-party solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs. Train and support end-users in SAP Sales & Distribution modules and functionality. Collaborate effectively with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and issue resolution. Maintain project and issue tracking in the Service Desk / Help Desk system. Document functional changes and create user-friendly procedures. Requirements Proven expertise in SAP SD modules and related business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language. Experience in training and supporting end-users. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset. Fluent English
