About The Role

1.远程支持一线现场工程师以及代理商工程师维修，每日远程支持台账登记，确保每一个远程维修结果完成； 2.承担返回配件检查测试任务，每月输出返回配件检查结果报告； 3.承担TS部门临时项目测试任务、蛇牌学院技术培训工作支持，以及服务部门常用工具管理以及计量工作，按时完成，输出结果；
