About The Role
Job Summary Manage all North logistics activities including Distribution, D2D, internal transfer (HD/MD inplants to HCM/Hanoi hub or 4PL), EXW & FCA shipment, billing confirmation and assigned logistics tasks Key Responsibilities Logistics Management Monitor delivery activities from North Warehouse to Customers Coordinate inland trucking from port to warehouse and vice versa Work with Planning & 3PL to arrange empty container for D2D shipments Cooperate with PMS & Forwarder to handle shipment from Suppliers to Port and Warehouse Manage EMS shipments between North and other locations Control internal transfer shipments to avoid DEM/DET incurred Collect and manage Hapharco invoices for payment documentation Arrange delivery for direct shipment (YNDD) after customs clearance EXW / FOB / FCA shipment handling: Receive open PO plan from PMS (ready date, qty, pallet/container, ETA request) Book vessel and update shipment plan Receive invoice & packing list from PMS Update ETA to PMS for production impact evaluation Handle payment to forwarders Billing & KPI Confirmation Verify logistics expense billing from 3PL / 4PL / Forwarders Obtain approval and coordinate with FICO for payments Perform KPI checking and confirmation for 3PL POD Verification Collect PODs (Proof of Delivery) daily/weekly from 3PL Verify, file and ensure PODs have full customer/dealer signature and correct address as contract Logistics Compliance Ensure all orders comply with signed contracts between BBVN & Customers Ensure vehicles meet requirements based on product types SOP Issuance Coordinate with 3PL to maintain and adjust SOPs when required Ensure all logistics activities comply with SOP system Stakeholder Management Internal: IMEX, FICO, Demand Planning, PMS, Procurement External: 3PL, 4PL, Dealers, Customers Coordinate cross-functionally for shipment ETA, billing, accrual, delivery, and customer support Resolve customer complaints and support dealers/customers Requirements Education Bachelor degree (required) Master’s degree or higher (preferred) Experience Must-have: Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics Good communication in English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: SAP, GDP, ISO 13485 knowledge Logistics / Supply Chain background Knowledge of Medical / Pharma products Experience working with 3PL Core Skills Problem solving Ability to work independently (stand alone) Clear and direct communication Why Join Exposure to full-scope North Logistics operations (Distribution, D2D, EXW/FCA) Work with multi-stakeholders: PMS, IMEX, FICO, 3PL, 4PL Experience in SAP, Pharma logistics compliance (GDP, ISO 13485) Strong operational and cross-functional exposure
