Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.RoleManage ad monetization strategy across a portfolio of games and demand partners, working directly with <studios.Design>, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts, from setup to results and <recommendations.Work> with studios to improve the overall monetization strategy of our games, including IAP, pricing, etc.Analyze monetization performance against key metrics (LTV, ARPDAU, eCPM, retention) and turn insights into ship / iterate / kill <decisions.Drive> cross-monetization projects: integrate and scale new ad networks and partner solutions, owning the partner relationship.Liaise with internal teams on tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs.ProfileStrong expertise in ad monetization within a top mobile gaming studio.Knowledge of an ad mediation platform (such as MAX or LevelPlay) and of an MMP (such as Adjust).Fluent English; comfortable communicating with studios and external partners.Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, strong with dashboards and data manipulation.Ability to develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges.A hacker and creative mindset.BenefitsPremium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by VoodooSwile Lunch voucherGymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)Wellness activities in our Paris officeFlexible vacation policyRemote daysChild daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)
