Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. Connect with other independent clinicians in the network when you'd like a second perspective.What you'll bringAn active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in the state of VirginiaNational board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)Prescriptive authority and an active DEA registrationExperience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications (under supervision or independently)Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital toolsA quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessionsFluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plusWe’re looking for providers who bringStrong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populationsA patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planningExperience collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care teamCommitment to equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations
