With 1M+ patients and a 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator I (Temporary) to join our Care Coordination team. This role is focused primarily on visit closure within our defined SLA windows: confirming that lab work from completed in-home visits is complete, accurate, and properly documented, and tracking down missing results or notes so that nothing falls through the cracks after a patient's visit. This is a temporary, high-volume, process-driven role. While the core of the job is visit closure and lab follow-up, the person in this seat may flex into short-term projects supporting patient outreach and appointment completion success rates as business needs evolve. RESPONSIBILITIESConduct post-visit review of completed in-home appointments, confirming that lab draws, documentation, and required paperwork were completed accurately and on timeMonitor and track lab results and imaging reports through Quest and other clinical applications, identifying missing, delayed, or incomplete resultsProactively follow up with labs, providers, and internal teams to locate missing results, notes, or documentation, and resolve gaps within defined SLAsUpload, organize, and manage clinical documents with accuracy and timelinessEscalate clinical concerns or documentation gaps to the appropriate clinical or operational team as neededMaintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling PHI and clinical recordsFlex into project-based work supporting outbound patient outreach calls (e.g., result delivery or appointment follow-up calls) as volume and business needs requireMonitor daily workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies in the post-visit review process; suggest and support process improvementsAdapt quickly to updated SOPs, tools, and priorities in a fast-moving, evolving environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAt least 1 year of experience working in a clinical healthcare environment (e.g., Healthcare Administrator, Patient Care Coordinator, or a closely related role)Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and common medical terminologyExperience reviewing or tracking lab results, clinical documentation, or medical recordsExperience communicating with doctors' offices, hospitals, labs, and clinics via phone and email to resolve missing informationExperience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare softwareHighly fluent in modern workplace tools (Mac OS, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk), with the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracyExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling PHI and clinical documentationStrong written communication skills with the ability to document clearly and accuratelyComfort making occasional outbound patient calls as needed to support team projectsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong follow-through, accountability, and ownership of work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONExperience working in an EMR (Elation experience is a plus)Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systemsExperience with lab result tracking or medical records follow-upExperience handling outbound patient calls, including result delivery or post-visit follow-upExperience working in a fast-paced startup, on-demand service, or rapidly scaling healthcare environment YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOUAre flexible, humble, and bring a positive sense of humor to fast-moving workCommunicate clearly and collaborate effectively across clinical and operational teamsExcel at last-minute problem solving and are comfortable thinking on your feetAre highly organized, process-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right wayHave experience working in an on-demand service or healthcare environmentEnjoy a fast-paced, high-pressure setting and stay calm under volumeDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive informationAre energized by fast-moving teams, changing workflows, and continuous improvement Sprinter Health is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all applicants from every background and life experience to apply.
