Their platform powers the creation, distribution, and analysis of financial research while helping some of the world's leading financial institutions streamline knowledge management and digital <communications.As> the company continues expanding across the APAC region, they are looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries. This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you'll partner with managers and employees, ensure compliant HR operations across different jurisdictions, and help create an engaging employee experience within a globally distributed team.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic HR initiatives in a fast-growing international environment.What You'll DoAct as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the APAC regionSupport the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboardingEnsure HR processes remain compliant with local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple APAC jurisdictionsManage employee records within the HRIS, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrityCoordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and collaboration with hiring managersAssist with performance review cycles by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting managers throughout the processRespond to employee questions regarding contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR proceduresPartner with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administrationMonitor and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring performanceSupport employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team eventsHelp maintain and update HR policies to align with both company standards and local legal requirementsCollaborate with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors when neededWork closely with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives across the APAC regionWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operationsKnowledge of employment legislation in at least one APAC country (such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand)Experience working with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for reporting and HR analyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zonesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyNice to HaveFluency in an additional APAC languageExperience supporting regional or international HR operationsExposure to fast-growing SaaS or technology companiesStrong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive decision-makingPassion for employee experience and continuous process improvementAbility to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsWhy JoinJoin a globally recognized technology company serving leading financial institutionsPlay a key role in supporting teams across a diverse and growing APAC regionCollaborate with an experienced international HR team in a remote-first environmentGain exposure to multiple labor markets, cultures, and HR practicesContribute to building an inclusive, high-performing workplace while growing your international HR careerEnjoy the flexibility of fully remote work while collaborating with colleagues across North America, Europe, and APACPragmatike is committed to a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment process.
