About The Role

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN) with LD experience to join our specialist supported living service in Lancing.

You'll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care for a young adult with autism, a learning disability, epilepsy and complex health needs, helping them to live as independently as possible while achieving the best possible health outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading on health assessments and Health Action Plans
  • Monitoring and responding to changes in physical and mental health
  • Safely administering medication in line with NMC standards
  • Supporting complex clinical needs, including epilepsy and PEG feeding
  • Working closely with GPs, community teams and other healthcare professionals
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the wider care team
  • Promoting safeguarding, quality and person-centred care

Who we're looking for

  • RNLD, RMN or RGN qualification
  • Current NMC registration with no restrictions
  • At least 1 year's post-registration experience
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex health needs, including epilepsy
  • A caring, proactive approach and excellent communication skills
