If you're ambitious, innovative, and ready to move fast, we'd love to have you on board.Join us in shaping the future of healthcare.Job Summary:Qualified Health is seeking a Clinical Lead, Care Delivery to bridge clinical expertise with cutting-edge GenAI product development. You'll transform how health systems deliver care by building AI-powered workflows that address care gaps, optimize specialty pharma and infusion workflows, and improve population health outcomes. This role combines deep clinical knowledge with product ownership, working directly with engineering and design teams to ship solutions that meaningfully improve patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities:Own and build GenAI-powered workflows focused on care delivery challenges, such as care gaps closure, specialty pharma coordination, infusion management, and population health initiativesLead discovery and requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and identifying high-value automation opportunitiesProvide clinical evaluation and validation to ensure product accuracy and clinical appropriatenessCollaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate clinical care challenges into product requirementsPartner with health system clients to understand pain points, validate direction, and ensure successful implementationsDefine success metrics and use data to drive product iterationsNavigate healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, clinical safety standards)Required Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) - residency completion is a significant plusDeep understanding of care delivery workflows and clinical care coordinationTrack record of identifying care delivery inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in healthcare settingsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex clinical challengesExcellent communication skills - ability to work effectively with clinical teams, care coordination staff, and technical engineering teamsComfort with ambiguity and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced startup environmentSelf-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completionCustomer-focused mindset with commitment to building products that solve real clinical problemsAble to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/weekDesirable Skills and Experience:Background in internal medicine, oncology, pharma, or biotechPopulation health backgroundHealthcare service line optimization experiencePrior product management experience, particularly in healthcare technology or B2B SaaSExperience with AI/ML technologies or healthcare IT solutionsFamiliarity with healthcare data systems (EHR, care management platforms)Why Join Qualified Health?This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company and a world-class team, that is poised to change the healthcare industry.
