At OpenLoop, we're looking for a Revenue Systems Analyst who owns the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Salesforce—ensuring both platforms are clean, well-configured, and actually working the way the revenue team needs them to.This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the center of our GTM tech stack. You'll be the person sales reps, marketers, and CS teams turn to when something isn't working—and you'll be the one making sure it doesn't break in the first place. You'll partner closely with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to execute on the systems roadmap, and you'll bring a builder's instinct to every configuration decision you make.If you're energized by clean data, well-designed workflows, and being the person who actually knows how the system works—this is your role. What You'll DoSalesforce Administration – Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: user management, profiles and permissions, object and field configuration, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and release management. Keep the org clean, well-documented, and aligned to how the revenue team actually works.HubSpot Administration – Own day-to-day HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub: contact and list management, workflow builds and maintenance, form and landing page configuration, email deliverability, and data hygiene. Ensure HubSpot is configured to support campaign execution and reliable Salesforce sync.CRM Data Quality – Own data quality across both platforms—identifying and resolving duplicate records, enforcing field standards, running regular audits, and building the validation rules and processes that keep data clean at the source.User Support & Enablement – Serve as the first point of contact for system questions and issues from GTM users—resolving tickets quickly, communicating changes clearly, and training users on new features and workflows.Workflow & Automation Builds – Build and maintain automation workflows in both Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder) and HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences)—translating process requirements into reliable system configurations.System Integration Maintenance – Support and monitor the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and other system connections—ensuring data syncs reliably, mappings are accurate, and issues are caught and resolved quickly.Reporting & Dashboards – Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot that give GTM teams visibility into their key metrics—and support ad hoc reporting requests as needed.Documentation & Change Management – Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for both systems—configurations, workflows, field maps, integration logic—and follow a structured change management process for every system <update.Systems> Roadmap Execution – Partner with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to execute the GTM systems roadmap—translating design decisions into working configurations and delivering enhancements on schedule.Who You Are 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot administration experience in a B2B SaaS environmentSalesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) a strong plusHubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM) preferredDeep familiarity with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration—you've managed the sync, resolved field mapping issues, and know where things breakStrong working knowledge of Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows—you can build automation without relying on a developerData-quality mindset: you notice bad data, understand why it happens, and build systems that prevent itStrong attention to detail and a bias toward clean, well-documented workExcellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical users patiently and clearlyComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; proactive about flagging issues and communicating statusExperience supporting a CRM migration or major platform buildout a strong plusOur BenefitsIn addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:Medical, Dental, and Vision plansFlexible Spending/Health Savings AccountsFlexible PTO401(k) + Company MatchLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and moreOur CompanyWe have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
