As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage and optimize the hiring process, ensuring qualified candidates are efficiently identified, screened, and moved through the recruitment pipeline while supporting the organization's continued growth.Role OverviewThe Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, candidate sourcing and screening, outbound candidate outreach, interview coordination, and recruitment process management. The Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an organized, efficient, and positive hiring experience while maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting the company's talent acquisition goals. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting and ATS management.LocationFully Remote | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTKey ResponsibilitiesApplicant Tracking System (ATS) ManagementSet up, maintain, and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Import candidate information from spreadsheets and ensure records remain accurate and organized.Track job postings, candidate activity, and recruitment progress throughout the hiring process.Maintain a clean and organized candidate database.Candidate Outreach & ScreeningConduct outbound calls to follow up with applicants and move them through the recruitment process.Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.Answer candidate questions and communicate next steps throughout the hiring process.Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication.Job Posting & Recruitment CoordinationManage and maintain job postings across multiple hiring platforms.Screen resumes, application responses, and initial candidate information.Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring <managers.Support> candidates through each stage of the hiring process.Recruitment OperationsMaintain consistent communication with candidates regarding application status.Schedule interviews, callbacks, and recruitment activities.Track recruitment metrics and hiring <progress.Support> continuous improvements to recruitment workflows and hiring efficiency.QualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Experience importing and organizing candidate data within an ATS.Experience conducting candidate screening and outbound recruiting calls.Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment pipelines.Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is preferred.SkillsStrong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong outbound calling and candidate engagement skills.Excellent candidate screening and interviewing abilities.Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.What Success Looks LikeThe Applicant Tracking System remains organized, accurate, and up to date.Qualified candidates are efficiently screened and advanced through the hiring pipeline.Candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.Hiring goals are achieved while maintaining high candidate quality and positive hiring experiences.Recruitment processes become increasingly efficient through strong organization and follow-through.OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing transportation company and play a critical role in scaling its workforce.
