Brief Job Description:We are seeking experienced US-licensed Psychotherapists or Psychologists to review transcripts of calls between our patients and our AI therapy agents. Your reviews will directly shape how we support real people seeking care; flagging risk, ensuring clinical appropriateness, and defining what "genuinely helpful" looks like at scale.This is flexible, remote, contract work well-suited to a licensed clinician who wants meaningful part-time work at the frontier of mental health care. Core ResponsibilitiesReview conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standardsIdentify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgmentAssess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practiceDocument clear, structured feedback that our clinical and product teams can act onNote: this role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery. Any concerns are flagged to Limbic employed clinicians for further action. Who we needActive, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one US state. Multiple licenses or PSYPACT are a plus but not essentialUS-basedStrong clinical judgment with experience in direct mental health careExperience assessing risk and safety in a clinical settingExcellent attention to detail and clear written communicationComfortable working independently on a flexible, remote scheduleReliable computer and internet access What we offerFlexible 1099 independent contractor engagementFully remoteFlexible hoursNo minimum or maximum hourly commitmentCompensation at a rate of $3 per transcript reviewed (time to review transcripts is based on conversation length and therefore fluctuates.
