What You’ll DoAs a BCBA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilitiesDeveloping and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansProviding one-on-one therapy and family supportSupervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality careCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutionsMaintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)Staying current with research and best practices in behavioral health What You BringWe’re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.
