You aren’t just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living <skills.Data> & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is <thriving.Support> Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home <support.Work> Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Crestline, OH territory.What You Bring:The "Spark": You are naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being high-energy to keep a child engaged and learning.Experience: 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Crestline area.Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.Job Details:Part-time: 20 hours/weekPay: $17–$22/hrBenefits: PTO, professional developmentJoin a company that values people over profit.
