We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About The RoleAs an Events Manager, you'll be the driving force behind events that don't just check boxes, they make an impact. You'll bring sharp organizational instincts, bold creativity, and a builder's mindset to every event you touch, from first concept to final execution. You'll move fast, stay aligned with our business goals and brand, and turn ambitious ideas into experiences that people actually remember. This role is about more than logistics; it's about crafting moments that fuel our growth and bring our marketing and business strategy to life.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and supporting industry, hosted, and client events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectivesOverseeing the setup and management of events both onsite and remotely, ensuring all logistical elements are executed flawlesslyLiaising and arranging with vendors and negotiating sponsorship dealsConducting thorough research to identify industry events relevant to the company's goals and target audience, and propose new event opportunities based on findingsDeveloping and recommending the budget, event marketing plans, and objectives and management within those approved plansLeading and coordinating with the onsite event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales objectivesCollaborating closely with the sales, design, and content teams to provide essential collateral, booth design, and moreEngaging with external partners, such as PR agencies and think tanks, to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the industryAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements4+ years of industry experience in end-to-end event management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industryExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven mindset, with a strong ability to analyze quantitative data to forecast impact, determine program effectiveness, and measure ROIWorking knowledge of Salesforce and Excel for attendee tracking, data analysis, and reportingStrong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during the planning and execution phases, making informed decisions to ensure successful outcomesExperience and passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvementWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
