Behavior Technician (RBT) – Antioch, TNCompany: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health companyJob Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday. 9:00am-3:00pmLocation: In-person (School) – Antioch, TNPay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hourSchedule: 30 hours a weekAbout the RoleOpen Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Antioch, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.What You'll DoDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school settingFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessionsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $26–$28/hourTraining and support to obtain RBT certificationCareer growth opportunities within the ABA fieldPTO and sick time (part-time accrual)Mileage reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees)What You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with childrenPassion for supporting children with special needsReliable transportationCompleted 40-hour RBT training (Required)RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periodsComfortable engaging in play and physical activity with childrenAbout Us – Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health CompanyOpen Doors ABA partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
