In this role, this person will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Datalot’s media and client partners, owning the end-to-end process of integration setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and launch validation.This role exists to reduce reliance on senior engineering resources for routine partner support and to ensure integrations move faster, with fewer escalations and less friction. This person will be the bridge between external partners and internal teams: translating technical concepts, diagnosing issues, and resolving the majority of integration questions independently.This is the right role for someone who is technically sharp, highly organized, and takes pride in owning their work end-to-end.
