Together, we create a supportive and nurturing environment where our kiddos can thrive and develop vital skills.The Heart of the RoleWe are looking for someone who doesn’t mind getting down on the floor to play, getting messy with arts and crafts, and celebrating "small wins" like they’re Olympic gold medals. You’ll work one-on-one with a child in the comfort of their own home, helping them learn life skills through the power of play.What your day might look like:Being a Play Partner: Using a child’s favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize.Building Independence: Helping a child master daily routines that make a big difference for their family.Cheering Progress: Keeping track of how they’re doing so we can celebrate every milestone together.Learning Together: You’ll have a supportive mentor (our BCBA) right by your side to guide you.Who You AreYou are a compassionate person with a big heart and the right foundation to hit the ground running.The Training: You have already completed your 40-hour RBT training course.
