About The Role

About the RoleThis is not a classic ops internship. We don't want someone who manages operations — we want someone who automates them away. You'll report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no coffee runs. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you kill it.This is a 3–6 month paid internship with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role for the right person. We're a pre-seed healthtech startup building a personalized preventive health platform — biomarker testing, clinician-reviewed insights, and concierge support for members across Europe. What You'll DoOwn the customer experience end-to-end: onboarding, blood draw scheduling, results delivery, and retentionCoordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across Europe — lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturersBuild and maintain internal ops tooling and automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Notion, Linear, and AirtableWrite Python scripts to eliminate repetitive manual workDesign and scale operational playbooks so we can grow to 10× the customers without 10× the headcountIdentify process gaps and drive fixes independently, with speed and low overheadWhat We're Looking ForHard requirements (dealbreakers):Native German proficiency — you will communicate daily with German clinics, partners, and customersFluent English (written and spoken)Eligible to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not availableAble to work on-site in Berlin, Monday–Friday (in-person presence required)Required skills & experience:0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related fieldPursuing or recently graduated from a rigorous program (engineering, business, life sciences, or computer science)Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and Python scriptingExperience building internal tooling with Notion, Linear, and/or AirtableExperience coordinating complex, multi-party partnerships — ideally across European marketsProven track record of owning customer experience end-to-endOwner mindset: fast execution, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward actionGenuine enthusiasm for preventive health and longevityCompensation & BenefitsSalary: €30,000–€36,000 annually (internship rate; full-time compensation reviewed upon conversion)Internship duration: 3–6 months with a defined full-time conversion pathDirect exposure to founding-team decision-making and real ownership from day oneLocationBerlin, Germany — fully on-site, Monday through FridayRemote work is not available for this roleVisa sponsorship is not provided
