Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there.Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.
