Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there.Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.What’s in it for you:$20–$27/hour, based on experience and locationDirect mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, not managers or a corporate chain of commandFull-time or part-time (some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings is needed to meet client needs; not sure if a schedule fits?
