Job Location Khafji Office Reports to Khafji Base Manager Job Purpose the Marine Support Manager takes ownership of all marine-related aspects Arabian Drilling Marine operations. This leadership position oversees and optimizes every step of marine support, ensuring efficient and safe execution of marine activities. The manager is responsible for maintaining safe marine manning across the fleet. Directly influences project delivery and operational effectiveness by providing expert guidance, coordinating resources, and mitigating risks associated with marine logistics and operations. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Marine Operations and Project Support Strategic Planning and Supplier Management Budget Management and Resource Allocation Safety, Compliance, and Audits Marine Crew Training and Development Total Years of Experience (Minimum) 12 years of experience Relevant Experience Experience in managing and coordinating marine support activities for offshore oil and gas drilling operations. Proven track record of safe and efficient marine operations execution. Experience in project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of marine regulations and environmental standards.
