MPM Engineer

Responsibilities This position is responsible for the mini-plant management and the product transfer management, to drive growth by enhancing the localized value chain. Mini-plant management Trial batches (raw material localization, exiting products upgrade, new products further scale up) Build up and manage the trial batches workflow and know-how database Responsbile for mini-plant commissioning, start-up, ramp-up Plan, organize and excute the trial batches in mini-plant, in a structure and workstream way, and fully align with the QEHS requirements As the owner of the mini-plant, ensure the reliabity and sustaianbility with the supports by other functions (EHS, maintenance, …) Product transfer management Localized the production for the existing products from global production sites, the new products developed by global R&D or local R&D Driving the transfer process in a efficient way, including but not limited to decision making, preparation, production trial batches, customer approval, 1st regular batch, Cleaning (compatibility test etc., …) Production tiral batches support Working closely with R&D, TPT and production, to fully support the production trial batches in production sites Production support Long term, as the key coordinator with MPM experts (global) to support the production deviation or trouble shooting Working closely with global MPM colleagues, to responsible for the production SAP/recipe database management in China Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Process technology or Chemical Engineering 5 + years Manufacturing process engineer experience within the chemical industry, preferably in batch operations Strong leadership skills to drive change management Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines Assertive and self- motivated, hands-on Possess strong communication skills (spoken & written in both English & Mandarin) Excellent computer skills Candidate with driving license preferred Candidate can work in Fengxian (Shanghai Chemical Industry Park) Contact Person Miya Gao HR Team Phone: (+86) 2137498888837
