. Job Purpose The Senior Architectural Design Engineer is responsible for leading architectural design development from concept through detailed design, reviewing coordinated deliverables, managing multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, BIM requirements, and quality standards. Functional Responsibilities Lead architectural design development from concept through schematic and detailed design stages. Prepare and review architectural drawings, Revit models, construction documents, details, schedules, and presentation materials. Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other disciplines. Review multidisciplinary drawings, identify clashes and design conflicts, and ensure their resolution. Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, authority regulations, client standards, and BIM requirements. Review architectural materials, finishes, specifications, and construction details. Manage comments received from clients, consultants, authorities, and internal review teams. Lead design submissions, technical reviews, coordination meetings, and design option studies. Review team deliverables, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deadlines are achieved. Required Software Skills: • Autodesk Revit Architecture • AutoCAD • 3ds Max and V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering software • Adobe Photoshop General Responsibilities HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
