Key Accountability Areas Engineering Solutions Development and Implementation Design and develop product solutions in accordance with approved specifications, applicable standards, and customer requirements. Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical documents to meet functional and performance criteria. Apply established design procedures and engineering practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Testing and Validation Perform testing and validation activities to verify product functionality, reliability, and performance under defined conditions. Set up test configurations, record results, and analyze data to confirm compliance with technical and quality requirements. Document test outcomes and highlight deviations for further evaluation. Project Coordination and Execution Execute assigned tasks within product development projects in line with approved plans and schedules. Coordinate with related functions to ensure the availability of required inputs, materials, and technical information. Track progress of engineering activities and report status to the direct supervisor. Continuous Improvement Analyze design and test results to identify improvement opportunities in product performance and efficiency. Support the implementation of design enhancements and standardization initiatives. Contribute to resolving technical issues through structured problem-solving methods. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper alignment between design requirements, testing activities, and production or project needs. Provide technical clarification and support during design reviews and product development stages. Maintain effective communication to ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
