AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } My responsibilities: Overall accountability for the strategic direction of the SAM team within the transferred scope/country Responsibility for the operating model : roles, responsibilities, escalation paths and governance Ensure compliance standards and audit readiness through suitable steering mechanisms (not only through individual actions) Cost and value steering in the SAM context (e.g., optimization initiatives, prioritization, impact measurement) Coordinate and steer knowledge transfer and change management between Germany and Hungary Regular reporting to IT leadership and relevant stakeholders on status, risks, progress and outcomes Take over and manage a strategically oriented SAM team , including people development and day-to-day governance of collaboration Lead the migration/transfer of SAM structures from Germany to Hungary (governance, roles, processes, policies, reporting) Define and implement the strategic SAM target vision (e.g., operating model, role model, KPI system, decision logic) Further develop SAM standards and methods to ensure international consistency and scalability Steer license and contract strategies (including optimization opportunities) based on analytics and license metrics Ensure license compliance and support audit readiness (with a strong focus on risk steering and controllability) Steer the use of tools and data within the SAM context (e.g., License Management, Discovery/Inventory) in alignment with IT/Procurement Work closely with IT business areas, Procurement, Legal and Finance to prepare strategic decisions in the license and contract landscape Prepare management reporting, KPI analyses and decision papers for cost, risk and compliance topics (As needed) carry out selected operational SAM activities to ensure strategy remains grounded in practice and to support the rollout The knowledge I own: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in Software Asset Management / License Management , including steering SAM governance with a strategic focus Experience in transferring processes or operating models in international/multi-site environments (e.g., rollout, harmonization) Strong knowledge of common license models plus trends in cloud and SaaS licensing Experience with SAM processes and typical tools (Discovery/Inventory, License Management, reporting/KPIs) Strong analytical capabilities to derive strategic decisions from license metrics, contracts and usage data High communication and assertiveness to coordinate stakeholders (IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, local business/site teams) Experience in leading and developing teams is an advantage Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written) The offer that would convince me: Strategic key position in an international IT environment with room for shaping the approach Responsibility for the structured transfer of best practices and standards from Germany to Hungary Collaboration across key interfaces (IT business areas, Procurement, Legal, Finance, local organizations) Individual learning and development opportunities Option for hybrid working model Online application: Please use our online application and attach your English resume.
