My responsibilities: Continuously develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Conduct protection needs, business impact, and risk analyses Provide methodological support in further developing the information security strategy Manage international security-related guidelines Further develop security key performance indicator ( KPI ) models and assess the security maturity level Identify risks and vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure and processes Develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures Plan and execute external tests and audits (e.g., ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS = Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Further develop security requirements in supplier relationships The knowledge I own: Degree with a focus on information technology and in-depth knowledge of IT security Professional experience in information and IT security Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz , and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework Ideally IT security certifications, e.g., TISP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Ability to communicate complex information clearly and understandably to different audiences Very good command of English The offer that would convince me: Growth opportunities in a constantly evolving organization Long-term career security with a stable employer Competitive salary and benefits Practical, tailored training Varied tasks in a supportive, modern working environment Flexible working arrangements, including home office options ( hybrid ) Online application: Please use our online application and attache your resume.
