You ensure secure, stable operations with strong lifecycle governance and operational excellence. Own PKI architecture: design decisions, policies, standards, and operational implications Steer and coordinate the L3 Operations team (prioritization, quality, escalation handling, continuous improvement) Define and improve operational processes for incidents, changes, monitoring, and lifecycle management Perform requirements analysis and select tools and vendors Continuously and holistically evolve the architecture of the Public Key Infrastructure service Drive security and governance across certificate/key lifecycles and operational controls Review operational outcomes, identify gaps, and implement improvements Ensure high-quality documentation and runbook usability Lead migration and modernization activities The knowledge I own: Must-haves: Strong English proficiency (required) — fluent in written and spoken communication Deep experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) (architecture + operational management) & Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Certificate Lifecycle Management Experience steering L3 operations and coordinating technical execution Strong understanding of PKI lifecycle concepts and security governance Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders Nice-to-haves: Experience in certificate automation German language skills The offer that would convince me: Possibility to improve yourself in a constantly growing organization Secure, long-term job opportunity at a stable company Supportive team to get the best out of yourself Intensive, individual, and practical training Varied and interesting responsibilities Modern and comfortable working environment (adjustable desk and chair, sports facilities) Home office possibility Online application: Please use our online application and attach your resume.
