AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } Your responsibilities: Leading and steering test activities across multiple release types and project streams in close alignment with the central test management team in Germany​ Defining test strategies and test concepts for complex, cross-functional projects and releases​ Governing the entire test delivery chain according to plan and within agreed timelines​ Providing transparent, fact-based test status reports to senior management — interpreting figures against exit criteria, assessing release readiness and recommending go/no-go decisions​ Owning release governance activities from a testing perspective — managing entry/exit gates, quality criteria and stage-gate assessments​ Coordinating across multiple product teams, Test Factory, system integrators and country organisations to ensure end-to-end test coverage across SIT and UAT​ Driving continuous improvement of testing processes, methods and standards across the organisation​ Leading the testing community of practice — facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, defining best practices and driving adoption across central and country teams​ Providing consulting and coaching services to project teams and country test managers on testing methodologies and strategies​ Representing the test management function in cross-organisational steering committees and stakeholder meetings The knowledge I own: Must-haves:​ 5+ years of experience in test management, including coordination of large-scale, multi-stream testing programmes​ Proven experience in steering external test service providers and coordinating business testers across multiple countries​ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ​ Deep experience with test management tools and reporting platforms​ Proven track record of driving process improvements in testing organisations​ Good command of written and spoken English Nice-to-haves:​ ISTQB Advanced Level certification (Test Manager)​ SAFe certification (e.g. SAFe Agilist, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master)​ Experience with ITSM tools and release management processes​ ITIL v4 practitioner: Change Enablement, Release Management processes The offer that would convince me: In our international team you can work with our colleagues from all over the world We develop our own product and focus on high-quality, stable solutions We are committed to build up teams where trust and honest communication are essentials to our daily work Regular salary increase, we follow the inflation and reward loyalty Continuous learning opportunities though our own e-learning platform and internal teams Flexible working hours with home office possibility Online application: Please use our online application and attach your English resume.
