TEVÉKENYSÉGI TERÜLET IT MUNKAVÉGZÉS KEZDETE Megegyezés szerint FOGLALKOZTATÁS MÉRTÉKE Teljes munkaidő megállapodás szerint .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } My responsibilities: Drives continuous improvement of Software Asset Management processes and governance Acts as key advisor on software licensing topics across IT and business stakeholders Supports strategic vendor and contract management decisions Contributes to the development and optimization of SAM tools and data quality Implements process improvements and automation within license management Conduct company-wide license balances and derive corresponding actions End-to-end ownership of Software Asset Management processes Software license compliance and audit readiness Cost optimization and transparency of software spendings Risk management related to software licensing Acts as the single point of contact for all Software Asset Management (SAM) topics, including software licensing, compliance, and optimization Ensures cost-efficient and compliant software usage across the organization by providing expert guidance on licensing models, monitoring usage, and proactively managing risks and opportunities The knowledge I own: 5+ Years of Experience in Software Asset Management & Licensing Strong understanding of software licensing models and contract structures Experience with major vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, VMWare, ServiceNow) Hands-on experience with SAM tools, ideally USU (e.g. Flexera, Snow, ) Practical experience in defending against software vendor audits Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex datasets Solid understanding of IT environments (on-prem, cloud, virtualization) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to simplify complex licensing topics into actionable insights Experience in IT cost optimization and financial analysis Familiarity with ITIL processes Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, SAM, IAITAM, Microsoft licensing) The offer that would convince me: Possibility to improve yourself in a constantly growing organization An above-average salary Intensive individual and practical training varied and interesting tasks Pleasant working environments A secure, long-term employment opportunity Online application: Please use our online application and attach your resume.
