AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } Your responsibilities: Planning and coordinating test preparation and execution activities for assigned projects and demands across multiple release types (Enterprise Releases, Agile Releases)​ Defining test concepts and test plans that serve as the basis for test case creation and SIT execution​ Steering and monitoring test deliverables — ensuring test case quality, test data adequacy, execution coverage and adherence to timelines​ Providing transparent, fact-based test status reports to project leads and release managers​ Monitoring test KPIs and SLAs such as execution progress, pass/fail rates and entry/exit criteria compliance​ Facilitating defect triage meetings for assigned streams to drive timely resolution​ Identifying improvement opportunities in testing processes and contributing to their implementation The knowledge I own: Must-haves:​ Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise across multiple stakeholders, teams and service providers​ Solid experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira/Xray or comparable)​ Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau or comparable)​ Good command of written and spoken English Nice-to-haves:​ ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher)​ Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)​ Experience with ERP environments or end-to-end business process testing​ Experience steering external test service providers​ ITIL v4 practitioner: Change Enablement, Release Management processes​ SAFe awareness: PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, cross-team synchronisation The offer that would convince me: In our international team you can work with our colleagues from all over the world We develop our own product and focus on high-quality, stable solutions We are committed to build up teams where trust and honest communication are essentials to our daily work Regular salary increase, we follow the inflation and reward loyalty Continuous learning opportunities though our own e-learning platform and internal teams Flexible working hours with home office possibility Online application: Please use our online application and attach your English resume.
