AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } My responsibilities: Oversees and executes Configuration Management activities across IPO/Foundation and service/product scope, ensuring compliance with global standards and accurate integration of Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Configuration Management Process & Key Activities: Monitoring of configuration health (CMDB, CSDM, CI health) on IPO/Foundation and service/product level, including regular health checks and audits of physical vs. CMDB inventory with corrective actions Ensuring compliance with data quality standards; resolving or escalating data errors to Configuration Manager, ITOM or relevant stakeholders Maintaining alignment with global configuration strategies while adapting to IPO/Foundation specific requirements Lifecycle management of CIs, Application Services and Dynamic CI Groups, including onboarding, updates, retirement and disposal according to defined processes Management of dependencies between CIs, Application Services and Dynamic CI Groups required for operations Definition and maintenance of CI naming conventions, CI Classes, Attributes and baseline management policies; proposing new classes and attributes where required Maintaining up-to-date understanding and completeness of CI landscape (CI Classes, Application Services, Dynamic CI Groups) based on CMDB quality criteria Supporting Service/Product Owners during creation, update and retirement of services/products Providing Configuration Management consulting, handling support requests and creating Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) Aligning IPO/Foundation specific content with other Configuration Managers and attending Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings Facilitating and performing attestation and certification of Configuration Items, Application Services, Dynamic CI Groups and CI attributes The knowledge I own: Excellent English (C2) language skills (knowledge of German is an advantage) Minimum 3+ years of experience and professional knowledge of Configuration (CMDB) Management ITIL4 certificate is an advantage.
