Human Resources Executive

Your role Act as an HR business partner to provide HR support to internal stakeholders, including manpower planning support, talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, and contributing to talent & organization development initiatives within designated business units. Add value to the business processes and operations and provide advice to managers on people’s matters. Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives. Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies. Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization. Work in partnership with functional COEs and other HR business partners to execute corporate policies and initiatives at the business unit level Provide support to the team on other HR strategic projects or ad hoc tasks. To succeed in this role Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, gained from sizable organizations, preferably within the Technology, Construction or Engineering industries will be considered an advantage Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with leaders at different levels. Effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Agile, with solid business sense and good numerical/analytical skills. HRIS experience in SuccessFactors preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
