Your new responsibilities Monitor process performance and establish controls to ensure stable production output Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Product Engineering Analyse yield loss trends and identify root causes using statistical tools. Investigate customer complaints and internal quality excursions, identify Root cause and Define Corrective and Preventive Actions Lead or take part of the cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement projects Create and maintain process specifications, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and engineering reports Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or related field). Fresh graduates are welcome 1–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage. Knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly processes is preferred Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
