Your new responsibilities Provides technical support to all projects, evaluation, development and optimization of new processes Perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects and potential risk Provide disposition on low yield lots related to process Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime Who we are looking for Technical or Vocational Diploma, bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in handling tape and reel machines and AOI systems in a manufacturing environment. Experience in semiconductor process engineering is a plus.
