The Day-to-Day

Lead and supervise

Mechanics

,

• MRO, and Facility techs
• on shifts.

Plan

,

prioritize

, and

• coordinate
• maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Supervise

• maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Manage fleet vehicles
• and long-term car rentals as needed.

Oversee

• on-site contractors
• and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.

Drive

• world-class preventative and predictive maintenance
• to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with

Lockout Tagout (LOTO)

for safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Good computer skills
• and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledge of

• quality procedures
• and a strong attention to detail.
• At least
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• in manufacturing, ideally automotive.

Excellent

• judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
