The Day-to-Day
Lead and supervise
Mechanics
,
- MRO, and Facility techs
- on shifts.
Plan
,
prioritize
, and
- coordinate
- maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
Supervise
- maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Manage fleet vehicles
- and long-term car rentals as needed.
Oversee
- on-site contractors
- and conduct nightly security checks.
- Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
- Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
Drive
- world-class preventative and predictive maintenance
- to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Ensure employee compliance with
Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
for safety.
What We’re Looking For
- Good computer skills
- and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of
- quality procedures
- and a strong attention to detail.
- At least
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
Excellent
- judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
- .
- Problem-solving skills,
- particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
Ability to
- multi-task
- and manage competing demands under pressure.
