Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics | No Weekends Location Rexburg, ID (Relocation Assistance Available) Job Type Full-time Salary & Compensation Base Salary: $93,000 – $105,000 a year (Depending on Experience) Bonus Potential: Up to $12,000 annually in performance bonuses Sign-On / Referral Bonus: $5,000 "Bring-a-Friend" Bonus (per PT hired) Job Description Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) looking for a high-paying outpatient orthopedic role that actually respects your work-life balance? Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, and neurological patients. Develop individualized, patient-centered plan of care (POC) goals. Maintain efficient documentation utilizing modern EMR and voice-dictation tools. Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and the broader clinical team. Educate patients and families on recovery protocols and injury prevention. Qualifications & Skills Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist License in the state of Idaho. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience: Open to both seasoned professionals and New Grad DPTs eager to learn. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
