Finance Director

Overview of the roleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to play a pivotal leadership role within our growing fintech business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, financial controls and governance, while ensuring the finance function operates as a strategic partner to the wider business.This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical accounting expertise with commercial insight. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining a robust financial control framework, supporting capital planning, and ensuring the business remains compliant with FCA <requirements.You>'ll also lead and develop a high-performing finance team, driving continuous improvement through automation, enhanced processes and strong financial governance. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Operations, Risk and Technology, helping shape the future of IFX Payments as we continue to scale.This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment and is looking to make a significant impact within an ambitious, high-growth organisation.
