About the team you are joining The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide. The IOSA Program Office is scaling up to create a seamless end-to-end audit process produced in-house. You would be joining a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to make a difference. We seek an Assistant Manager, Audit Operations as a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Manager Audit Operations. What your day would be like Supporting the delivery of audits by assisting the Operations Manager; monitoring and screening evidence delivered to close audit findings, assist in the finalization of the IOSA Audit Report within clearly defined timelines. In particular, you will: Monitor timelines and deadlines for assigned audits. Support Audit Operations Manager in audit follow up processes by pre-screening corrective action evidence required for audit closure. Review and populate audit software with evidence. Perform quality checks on audit reports. Assist in audit logistics if required.
