You’ll work closely with IATA Accredited Agents community, Airlines, GDSs and other industry partners to provide excellent level of services, safe management of Airline funds and high level of customer experiences. What your day would be like You will be mainly responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), Passenger and Cargo Agency Participation and risk management, in full compliance with legal requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and in cooperation with Global Delivery Center and Customer Service Center teams. Also, responsibilities will include: managing BSP remittance and settlement, controlling agency financial behaviour and risks, handling default processes in full compliance with IATA Resolutions and Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to preparing supporting documents for encashment of Bank Guarantees, handling proactively the customer queries, working on local invoicing and collection of charges related to BSP and CASS operations in Russia, managing administrative tasks required for local office operations, leading and driving ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time.
