Duties

  • Provide piano or organ accompaniment for weekly Mass and rehearsals
  • Lead congregational singing and coordinate hymn selections
  • Prepare for and perform at up to 18 special liturgical services per year
  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to each service or rehearsal for preparation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Catholic liturgical music
  • Ability to sight-read and play piano or organ proficiently
  • Knowledge of Catholic liturgy and worship traditions
  • Ability to lead a choir and work with volunteers
