Chapel Pianist – VA Medical Center

LOCATION

Lebanon VA Medical Center, Chapel (Building 106), Lebanon, PA

Position

Part-time (Sundays, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM ET)

Duties

  • Play and sing hymns during weekly chapel services
  • Provide music for special events such as Christmas, memorials, and observances
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled services
  • Coordinate with VA Chaplains and follow direction for music selection

Qualifications

  • Proficient piano skills and ability to sight-read music
  • Strong knowledge of hymnody and worship music traditions (Catholic and Protestant)
  • Ability to accompany and sing when needed
  • Professional and respectful demeanor with veterans and attendees
