To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Junior Catalog Specialist @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter and manage technical specifications and essential product information on a daily basis
• Maintain an up-to-date product catalog, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in product details and features
• Collaborate with copy editors in maintaining the product details aligned with the company’s ToV and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of product details
• Organize and maintain resources for the Team Copy, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
• Stay informed about product trends to recommend adjustments and new features that improve SEO, sales performance, and enrich the customer experience
• Ensure clothing racks and trolleys remain organized

WHO YOU ARE

• Fashion competence and knowledge of luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards and best practices
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail, ensuring the utmost accuracy in product information
• Proactive and analytical thinker, always seeking opportunities for improvement, optimization, and efficient workflows
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively and address product listing challenges
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Familiar with digital organizing tools, MS Office, and CMS systems; comfortable working in digital environments
• Education or experience in journalism, creative writing, translation, literature, or fashion-related fields

1. Starting annual gross base salary: €25,102.56. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
