To meet the demands of a growing and highly competitive market, the SES BU is organized around two complementary approaches: 1- via Solutions, to ensure rapid development and service-to-market. There are 5 solution lines: digital and decentralized solutions, environmental quality smart agriculture, asset performance management, air climate, and consulting smart city. 2- via geographies, in relation to the other Group entities ( i.e. the 6 Regions and the Global WTS BU), to ensure optimal service and customer-centric offers. ABOUT SUEZ CONSULTING The International Department of SUEZ Consulting, with a thriving portfolio exceeding €50 million, is dedicated to realizing impactful projects across Asia, the Pacific, Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Most of our projects are carried out in conjunction with International Institutions (ADB, WB, EU, EIB, etc.). Our multidisciplinary teams spearhead critical engineering initiatives, ranging from essential infrastructure development like water supply, waste management, roads, to modernizing railways. These endeavors primarily focus on emerging and developing nations, making a substantial impact on global development. YOUR MISSION As we strengthen our Commercial Team, we are seeking a dynamic Bid Manager (M/F) who will operate remotely from the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to our Director for Asia Pacific and collaborating closely with our Head of Bid Unit in Brussels, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success across the vast Asia-Pacific region. Your mission includes: Commercial missions Monitor forthcoming projects . Prepare pre -qualification documentation. Oversee and orchestrate the preparation of comprehensive proposals, including administrative components. Develop the necessary technical documentation. Foster and manage strategic partnerships You may also undertake necessary commercial missions in the Asia-Pacific regions to meet our clients and partners. Production tasks Validate proposal alignment with client specifications. Identify and meticulously assess risks associated with each proposal and project, devising mitigation strategies. Coordinate the preparation of technical and financial proposals. Prepare preliminary tender budgets. You will also carry out the internal formalities for the opening of new project, and actively participate in key meetings alongside Project Managers, Controllers and Partners.
