About The Role
Your mission
Two well-established companies in the maritime market have joined forces to form Secureload.
At Hoppe Marine, we’ve been setting global standards in maritime fluid control and vessel performance technology for over 75 years. As a proudly independent and family-owned company, we combine deep industry expertise with a commitment to innovation and precision engineering.
In collaboration with Admaren Tech (India), we’ve launched a groundbreaking company – SecureLoad. SecureLoad is the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner, built to transform how vessels manage maritime operations. This next-generation solution brings together German reliability and Indian software excellence, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient maritime operations.
The Sales Manager – Europe will be responsible for driving sales of SecureLoad’s existing software and digital solutions across the European maritime market. The role will focus on identifying qualified customers, presenting the relevant SecureLoad solutions, managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle, and converting them into confirmed orders and long-term customer relationships.
The Sales Manager will work closely with shipowners, ship operators, technical managers, commercial teams, shipyards and maritime engineering organisations. This is primarily a customer-facing sales role with clear responsibility for pipeline development, commercial follow-up, order conversion and revenue growth.

Promote and sell SecureLoad’s existing product portfolio
Understand each customer’s operational requirements in areas such as vessel loading, stability assessment, ballast planning, cargo stowage, fleet planning and ship–shore coordination, and recommend the most appropriate SecureLoad solution
Present and demonstrate the SecureLoad platform, including its web-based multi-user environment, interactive 3D and 2D visualisation, stability and strength calculations, ballast optimisation and cargo-planning capabilities
Prepare clear and commercially competitive quotations, proposals and solution packages in cooperation with SecureLoad’s technical and management teams
Maintain regular and disciplined follow-up with customers to move opportunities through the sales process and avoid delays in commercial decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers and operational users within target customer organisations
Identify opportunities to expand SecureLoad’s presence within existing customer accounts through additional vessels, fleet-wide deployment, additional modules and related services.
Coordinate customer-specific technical discussions with SecureLoad’s engineering and product teams while retaining ownership of the overall commercial process
Support sales opportunities involving specialised vessels and complex cargo operations, including heavy-lift vessels, multipurpose vessels, floating docks, jack-up vessels, offshore units and other project-cargo applications
Organise and participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, trade fairs, conferences and maritime industry events
